A shrub is a concentrated syrup made by infusing herbs, fruits, and sugar or honey into vinegar. You’ll learn the health and energetic properties of herbs
and botanicals, then craft a personalized shrub to take home.

We’ll wrap up with an herbal happy hour, where we'll use shrubs to mix up tasty mocktails and cocktails. And you’ll have the option to stay for a delicious herb-forward summer dinner party.
